Pilot program

Start with one high-value industrial decision.

The Zimam Pilot Program validates measurable economic and operational value within a controlled scope before broader deployment is considered.

Qualification

What makes a strong pilot candidate.

Pilots succeed when the problem matters, the scope is bounded, and the outcome can be measured honestly.

Material operational or financial problem

The decision under examination carries meaningful production, cost, risk or availability consequence.

Identifiable process or asset scope

A bounded asset, unit, line or decision domain can be named and isolated for the pilot.

Executive sponsor

A named leader is accountable for the outcome and able to act on validated findings.

Relevant historical or live data

Sufficient signal, maintenance and contextual data exists to support diagnosis.

Subject-matter-expert access

Engineers and operators are available to validate reasoning and recommendations.

Ability to measure a baseline and outcome

A defensible before-and-after measurement can be agreed at the outset.

Methodology

Three phases, one measurable outcome.

  1. Phase 1

    Opportunity definition

    • Select one asset, process or decision domain
    • Establish baseline performance
    • Confirm data availability and governance
    • Define measurable commercial outcomes
  2. Phase 2

    Intelligence deployment

    • Connect approved data sources
    • Configure engineering context
    • Build diagnostic and decision workflows
    • Test recommendations with subject-matter experts
  3. Phase 3

    Value validation

    • Measure avoided downtime or recovered production
    • Quantify cost, risk and efficiency improvements
    • Validate recommendation accuracy
    • Produce a scale-up business case

Expected customer inputs

What we ask of you.

  • An executive sponsor accountable for the outcome
  • A named asset, process or decision domain
  • Access to relevant historical and, where possible, live data
  • Subject-matter experts available to validate reasoning
  • An agreed baseline and measurement approach
  • A data governance and access approval path

Sample success metrics

How value is measured.

  • Avoided downtime
  • Production recovered
  • Maintenance cost reduced
  • Investigation time reduced
  • Energy intensity improved
  • Safety exposure reduced
  • Decision cycle time reduced
  • Recommendation acceptance rate

Metrics are selected with you at the start of Phase 1 and measured against an agreed baseline. Zimam publishes no performance claims derived from other customers.

Governance model

Human authority is part of the design.

Pilot governance is agreed before any data is connected.

Human-in-the-loop approvals

Recommendations progress to execution only through explicit human authorisation.

Role-based access

Visibility and authority follow organisational roles, sites and data classifications.

Audit trails and evidence

Every recommendation retains the inputs, reasoning path and approval record behind it.

Explainable recommendations

Conclusions are presented with supporting evidence, assumptions and confidence.

Data isolation

Customer data remains isolated according to the agreed deployment architecture.

Configurable deployment architecture

Deployment topology is defined against the customer's operational and residency requirements.

Integration with existing systems

Zimam operates alongside existing control, historian and enterprise systems rather than replacing them.

No automatic operational control

Zimam performs no operational control action without explicit, recorded authorization.
